Sure, but good luck finding a cop techhy enough to give you the time of day to file a claim for internet fraud.

Thats a good chunk of change. I would just write it off, and hope he send you something but i think you will end up getting more head-aches out of it. Its hard to just say ok yeah i lost 250 and move on but its the best way.

It is but its hard to do online fraud. If it was for a big ammount of money you could maybe try to file something online but its only 250. Your in one town, and he is in another. Different states and everything. Big hassle for cops. There is a sticky from JD around in one of the threads to report online theft. You could try that.

Scammers sucks. $250 is a lot of money IMO and I would be pissed. Next time do research before you buy off here to help avoid these type of situations. Good luck
