I recieved a coaxial with silk tweeter pushed in from one of their old dealers....Eric said no problem, just send it in and we will take care of you.

I can honestly say Ive never been more impressed with customer service, from any company, in any industry. And Im one picky fucking prick, let me tell you. (Ant at SS comes close) When you call up to ask some silly stupid little question about mounting your ID coax, and a SQ world champion answers the phone, answers all your questions and expresses interest in your project personally, that's simply amazing. And this is not even including the fact that their product are always FTW.

Id praise this company around here more often if this board wasn't geared so much more towards SPL.

just the emblem, but still....I said, I bought one of your idq 10's from a classified add on ca.com and when it arrived the emblem was messed up and was wondering if I could order one,he asked for my address and I told him I would have to call back when I had my credit ready and he said no its ok I just need your address,gave it to him and he said ok it should be to you in 3 to 5.....

me= wow, really, thanks man...It was a little longer than that but you guys get it

like I said, I know its not expensive but it was so easy and the guy was really pleasant to deal with....it made me want to spend some money with them,haha.They have won a loyal customer in me for sure
