Image Dynamics ID10, Fi SSD 10, or Other 10 inch

I'm looking for high SQ at a budget under 200 bucks. I will be using a sealed box. I haven't been around in a while, so let me know what the best are at the moment.

I've compiled a list of a few that might fit my needs:

-Image Dynamics ID10

-JL 10W1 or 10W0

-Sound Splinter RLi 10

-Fi SSD 10

-Dayton Reference 10

-Phoenix Gold RSdC10

-Incriminator Audio 187 10

I don't own an amp yet, so that could make things easier or harder for me to decide. It shouldn't be more than 500rms and be of quality matching the sub. Fi SSD's are nice, and would handle 600w with ease in a sealed box
