Okay im going with these 4x6's because that is what my stock speakers are and i dont feel like cutting my door and having to run gwires with gaskets etc. so i am running 4 of them and want to know what would be a decent amp to run them on and how would the sound?

also how is the mid bass output on these?

get a nice clean old school american made amp to power them...they should sound as good as any 4x6 ...don't expect a lot of mid bass because all 4x6's should be crossed at least 300hz so they don't bottom ...they are mids ...and do the job they are suppose too....

im running a level 4 xl 12 so i was thinking the midbass gap wont be to bad and these should do the job. any name brands?
