just got 2 today and i tested one out and it sounded really good in a 2.8cu/ft sealed with a bunch of poly-fill, in my room.

Planning on building a ported for box.

Seem very efficient and accurate.

Anyone use them, and in what type of box?

They have their own separate chambers. Im guessing each one is 1.6-1.7 cubic feet.

I'm going to be using these in my room and am planning for both, 4cu/ft tuned to 31hz. Hopefully have it built this weekend.

seems like a lot of area for a 10 IDQ, do the v.1's require bigger boxes?

the 12idq's only need 1.5 and i was looking and for 2 3cu/ft tuned to 32 would be good.
