i got home from a long day of slavin my *** off today and checked my lottery numbers from the 90 mil drawing last night and guess what!!!!!!!!!!!??? i had none of those numbers. but last night i had a dream that i would call my friend and tell him that i won the lottery today, so i'm sitting there and the phone rings and its Proctor&Gamble. In my town this is like hitting the lottery because Proctor & Gamble, Ford Engine plant and Lima Army Tank Plant are the biggest employers around and also pay the best wages. I've been through 16 hours of testing and interviews to try to get in there and its been 9 months since i last heard from them. they called to schedule for the final step before hire which is just what they call an offering interview where the purpose is to explain to me about the wages insurance and benefits and to offer me a position. I am sooooo freaking happy because i no longer have to put up with welding burns and sinus infections from the welding fumes---and on top of that i get a almost a $4.00 bump in pay right off the bat. i make $13.50/hr now and will start at $17.27/hr there with top pay of like $26/hr. I AM SO FREAKIN HAPPY!!!!!!! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

Hey man nice job. That is nice step up. What wil you be doing at P&G. My cousin is one of the cheif marketing managers for the Pringles line. My uncle was also an engineer over at the tank plant there. He had a pretty good job. He got to drive around a lot of tanks and stuff for test driving them. Hope your new job works out for you.

Aren't the oil refinerys pretty big employers there too?

that is not bad at all. So you get paid to sit there. That would be a hella better job than welding.
