My girlfriend got me a smoker for xmas, she is pretty much the best girlfriend evar. ill see if i can get some pics later, of the brisket... its gotta cook for 8 hours, its gonna be delicious. and 8 hours is just enough time for a BJ.

this is my first time smoking, ive wanted one for a while though.

i cant wait, i marinated the brisket with a mustard based paste and then a dry rub, and im smoking on some jack daniels oak barrel chips //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif . the woman is going to make some potatoes and broccolli to go with it later. im pretty pumped.

I have Jack Daniels oak chips as well. Also some maple chips that give a fantastic maple taste.
