It's a person's choice and I don't think you should be able to get ticketed over that. If they wanna do something to make it a requirement for minors, fine, but an adult should be able to do as he pleases. What bothers me most about my state is that you can be pulled over and ticketed for no seatbelt, yet they just got rid of our helmet law, so it's no longer necessary to wear a helmet while on a motorcycle. I would have to say that is 10 times dumber than no seatbelt.</p></blockquote><p></p>
