Good people, good prices. They sent me a defective refurb amp once, but they traded me for my JBL without a hassle. I also called them and they helped me out with an install once, while I was doing it(I didn't understand mono concept at the time). They're honest about not being an authorized dealer for most products, but they offer their own warrantee(which I've taken advantage of) and honor it, again without a hastle.. at least in my case.

 
there prices were really cheap.... i liked the prices ..
I've looked around their site and like the prices, too. I haven't ordered from there yet but I might. (That's why I was looking at the thread that I posted earlier.) I saw that they are in my UPS zone so UPS Ground from them equals next afternoon delivery in my case. No sales tax because I'm not in FL, yet getting next day delivery are definitely plusses for me.

I've also seen that they are upfront on their site and eBay store about not being an authorized dealer - just like EarDrummin. said. I like that because lots of internet retailers aren't up front about that and you don't find out until you have something broken and the manufacturer tells you to take a hike. Good to hear that they back up their store warranty on such items.

 
Have ordered through them....Shipped me the wrong merchandise. Had to wait a month to get the correct parts. Dealing with customer service was a pain....They could be quite rude!! Although not everybody was....Was really a crapshoot. If they get your order right the first time it shouldn't be so bad. Still waiting for them to credit me for the return shipping costs. (Oh yeah shipping costs are astronomical)

 
I attempted to order my DXZ-835mp from them. After go round and round with their **** a$$ customer service for about 3 weeks, I ordered it from etronics. There was a problem with my account, so they told me, I looked it over and saw it to be fine. I told them if they have anymore problems to please get a hold of me. They never did and at the same time never sent out my HU. I contacted them again and they said that there was still a problem with my account, which there was not. I told them to just cancel the order and they got rude and tried to persist that I attempt to fix my account. I was on the phone with them for about 20 min. trying to tell them that the account was fine. They never told me what was wrong it. I got them to cancel the order finally and paid $3 more at etronics and got my HU with no problems about a week later.
