If You Were Installing A Single 18", Which Sub Would You Get To Destroy The Lows?

I was going to get two 18" AA Havocs but due to budget/space constraints, I ended up deciding on getting a single 18" (for now).

Is the Havoc still a viable option? I'll be able to go big with an enclosure for a single 18" where before with two 18", I was limited. I'll tune the enclosure to whatever the sub requires to wang the lows...

My budget is about $350-$400 shipped for the sub.

I want a single 18" now because I can always add another when things change...

I have a Soundstream DTR3400. I'd like to run a D2 so when I get the other 18", I can run two D2's at .5. It's .5 stable

Honestly any good quality 18 you get in that price range will destroy the lows given the right enclosure. Really shouldn't be hard to get low with an 18 lol

Many men have lost their lives trying to get "Low" with 18's. Little Jonathan and the East Side Boys didnt leave them a chance. There was to much low low low to be getting.

I have a fully loaded btl 18 d1 you could run your amp at .5 with. Send a clean signal and it should take your 3400 fine. 375 shipped.

I ended up going with an AA Havoc... Seems like a good quality SQ sub that'll fit my needs...
