Ok, I swear this story is true. I say that because I wouldn't believe it if one of you fucks told me this.

So my buddy, we'll call him Phil for this story, is fairly introverted. He's a bit shy, and a bit overweight. He's like 28 or some shit, and I'm not sure if he has ever had sex. I know for sure he hasn't in the year or so he's been here, he's said so. And not only does he not fuck, he apparently also doesn't ********.

Monday, Phil was complaining that his nuts and general naughty bits region was hurting. So yesterday, he went to the doctor. Apparently the doctor said that he was so backed up that his body was attacking his semen like it was a virus or something. He gave him antibiotics, and literally said "if you don't start using it, you will lose it". And by "lose it", he meant they would have to lop off his sack to save his life.
