IDQ's

I was looking at the IDQ's because they seem to work well in a small enclosure (I dont have much room in the back of my standard cab in my Ram truck). The Amp I was contemplating was the US Acoustics amp which is a Mono Amp rated at 600W into 2 ohms. My question is the IDQ's have dual voice coils in either 2 ohm or 4 ohm versions. Which would work the best in my setup. Even though it is dual coils can I just run one coil?

Thanks,

RME

Thanks for the pic.

A picture is worth a thousand words.

If I am correct this gives each sub a 4 ohm load and when wired to my Mono amp will produce a 2Ohm load.

I think this will sound great in my truck.

Thanks

no problem...basically...the amp will see a 2 ohm load...

Sound great? Yep, it's gonna sound freakin sweet. Those are some sweet *** SQ drivers...you'll love em if you like nice and tight, accurate bass. Good luck //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
