Don't know specifically what it came from, but some things you can tell. One, the pole is not extended much past the top plate if at all. This means it will have very poor symmetry and substantially more motor strength on the inward than outward stroke. Inductance will also vary wildly. Those two issues mean very high distortion in the motor. Without any kind of contour to the outside edges of top and back plate, and with the magnet OD being that much larger diameter you'll also get a lot of flux leakage. In general quite a poor design. Based on these issues I'd expect it to be a motor off some kind of OEM woofer made in china. I don't know of any companies in the US who would do something like this.
