Can you run another mid or speaker free-air off of the amp and see what happens or even an enclosed speaker. I can send roughly 150 to some type R comps with very little issue especially from the mids. Try to narrow it down with trial and error. Is speaker connection loose is it both speakers? Are the wires secured at the amp very well? Do you have some bass boost or EQ jacking the signal up at certain freq?</p></blockquote><p></p>
