ID CXS64 V.2 over the CTX65CS?

I had been set on the CTX's but now am considering the CXS's how much better are they for almost $200 more is sound, and output? how do the tweets, mids and xover compare?

Yea im sure ID can explain the full differences but from what i have read and heard they have a much better mid and tweeter. The XS28 tweeters are the same that come in the XS65 comps.
