ID Chameleon CXS V.2 vs Dynaudio esotec 242

I have listened to the Dyns and love them ! Especially how they blend with the IDQ sub ! But no where to go hear the IDs around Houston (that I have found yet) ! Anyone have a opinion on the difference in sound ? I am building a system for my 2010 Canyon crew ! Plans so far ;

why the huge price gap? looked at the xs65 or even the xs69 as they are supposedly even better than the xs65
