Either one will work well. The LI had a 3" coil, the 187's have 2" coils, but you will have two drivers to handle the power. Either way is pretty much the samething in terms of price. It really comes down to what you want and how much room do you have.

my real question is with your experience, what would you rather have? i want to be louder between the two obviously. one sub would be nice so i could keep the box down to 2.25 or so.

ya man i have checked those out a couple days ago. very impressive stuff. are you happy with the 32hz tuning?

very happy, i want to try their sq sub, the flatlyne, but for right now i am completely satisfied. i think 32hz is the best for these subs. hits the lows and highs with authority
