I cant find too much info on it.

So far what Ive been told is it - has a bl of 20, a 91db sens, and motor is over 240oz.

What Im curious about mainly is the magnet size, does anyone have the exact specification? Im comparing the DR mainly to a DD 3515 spec-for-spec with a friend from whom I could get one for ~320 new.

My friend said he e-mailed DD about the DR and a comparable sub and according to him their response was the 2500 would 'blow the sub (dr) away'. I dont see how though as the DR will (by rms) take more power, has a bigger (3" vs 2.5") VC, the VC is aluminum and I expect the DR to have at least the 240oz magnet mentioned as opposed to the 160 of the 2500 series.

Edit-I did shoot an email to IAs info dept. a few days ago but have yet to receive a response. Ill be buying rather soon and am rather anxious to figure this out.

Let me go on record and say if DD said that they lied.......But hey there DD right?

In terms of where they come out on paper they are in the same class.......We'll just leave it and that...unlike some people no need to talk trash about other companies......Just let the product do the talking!
