It's roughly the same power. I think either way will work well, you will have to wire the the 40.1 higher than the 20.1's, plus a 40.1 is less space.

hey matrxx have you clamped the 40.1? id be interested to see 12v numbers. ive already seen the claims for 12v and 16v (and 1 test on 16v) but other than that i havent seen shit. im interested.

I Metered It And To My Suprise They Both Did Almost Identical Scores 148.8 Legal,but Then I Dropped The Ia To .25 And It Done A 151.2.i Still Like The Ia Better Though Just Because Its New.lol

i will do that after sbn george,and i havnt ever done meca drive by or stop and bump or watever they call it now days,but i can say this the amp never went into protect today at .25,and i prolly burped and played music on the meter for atleast 15 minutes,but i got it back at 1 ohm now,a 149 or close is plenty for daily.

My next door neighbor had his 2 @ .35 nominal and got 7500 out the pair

Dont know voltage and cant remember rising exact...was like in 2ohm
