Ia 20.1, AQ2200d, stetsom 2k6d?

I absolutely HATE comparison threads, but I'm really stuck on which amp to go forward with. whatever i use I want to have for a while, at least til 2010 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif so I'm taking my time in deciding. I want to get loud and run whatever amp at 1/2 ohm or 2ohm and these 3 amps fit my application pretty well. so help me decide. Also if you have any of the 3 or something else I'd be interested in hit me up/PM me about it. I'm looking to buy Friday (4/24). Here's my rationale for all 3:

IA 20.1

pros: known for being very strong and very underrated. I've read it can handle 1/2ohm like its nothing.

cons/unknowns: I don't know if its a current hog and if I'll have the cash to buy one used by friday.

AQ2200d

pros: I can buy one new with ease with the money I have saved up. Skip01 has said he runs is at 1/2ohm all day with no problems and everyone that uses/used them says they are really strong amps.

cons/unknowns: current consumption is unknown.

stetsom 2k6d

pros: tiny and packs alot of power. runs at 2ohm as well.

cons/unknowns: expensive for my budget.

I cant vouch for the other 2, but the aq is very efficient. It has no issues running down to nearly 8 volts //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif I clipped the hell of of mine when I had it, pushing it daily, and it never got more than just warm to the touch..

20.1 hands down. I ran my daily at .5 ohm like nothing, never got hot or anything, and definitely underrated. Not a huge current hog either. I had stock alt, and battery up front with an NSB 125 in the back and I never dipped below 13v full tilt.

Ive got an IA 20.1 and love it. Ive not tried it at .5 yet but at one ohm on my stock alt and Deka Intimidator, i dont go below 12.9.

K lets be serious here. Just because it has sundown on it doesnt mean it does almost double the rated power. The AQ is underrated as well. On top of that, they can both be dropped to .5 ohm without an issue.

The 20.1 is a tank. You have Stetsom in the equation, did you get any quotes on SD?

nah, I think the Saz is around 2k at .5 the aq2200 is 2200+ at 1 ohm

I voted IA just because I think thats the best amp out of those listed.

If price is an issue though, go AQ

I have personally seen 20.1 dropped down to 1/4th ohm loads and still do fine burping and some daily, though I would not recommend that, and I know of people dropping it lower than that. By far, imo the 20.1 is the best choice.
