I want to some how patch my Radio Scanner into my car speakers. How would I do this?

I want to lisen to my scanner on my car's comps. Is there a way to do this?

I also would like to do the same with my yaesu FT-7800 ham radio. anyone know how to do this?

Does your head unit have an aux input?

If not, you can use this FM modulator. You take a line level or headphone level output from the scanner/ham radio and modulates it into an inline fm frequency which you dial in on your tuner:

I would suggest you then dial your trebble and bass down all the way, sub off, for listening to ham radio signals over your comps.

For 2 radios, just y them together at the input of the modulator.

your police still use analog around there? if they do your lucky. everything went freaking digital here and im not dropping 400 on a new digital scanner lol

Reroute all the speaker wires to your door speakers and use a relay and switch to go between the two sources

i have a digital scanner. No aux yet so i'll try the fm thing thanks!

fm mod... unless you have a aux in on the back of the deck..

but fm mod is going to be the best bet.
