[QUOTE="Wonderbread, post: 196873, member: 541455"] here's a step by step of what i went thru when i built my first box first off, shape means squat... im assuming you are planning on a sealed box... if so the only important things are the final internal volume (which depends on which subs youa re going iwth, and how many). Making it with no angled sides is perfectly fine and easiest... afterall, there is sno airflow in a sealed airspace... second off, get 3/4" MDF and Liquid Nails some drywall screws, a drill bit to predrill and countersink the holes and some silicon if you relaly want to make sure... i hope you ahve a nice table saw and a good power drill with a couple bits. also, hopefully you have a rotozip, or dremel tool iwht a circle attachment to cut the holes. all right, first rule, measure twice, cut once... once you have all youdimensions and volume, plan it out and make usre you ahve enouh wood. once you ahve your pieces vut out, make sure they all fit together properly. next, cut out your holes for the speakers using the dremel. Now, glue the pieces together with Liquid Nails, great stuff, but don;t get it on ya...
