I wanna get in shape.

I have been thinking, i have way to much extra time and instead of eating chips and playing COD i want to do something more constructive. I want to start getting more in shape and training in street fighting. I want to get like a ninja. Where should i start //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif i have watched a lot of videos on youtube but that doesn't seem to have helped in the slightest although i now know some sweet moves i need to try out.

exercise.

swimming, running, weights.

i hate running so i just lift weights every now and then.

starting to swim more often to.

and street fighter.. wtf man

learn by experience?

or just carry a gun and know how to use it

 
sry, i just had to. sign up at a gym, try and go regularly. you'll advance faster if your surrounded by people trying to do the same thing rather than doin it alone

 
in all honesty, u will start for like 2 weeks and then quit but if u r serious.

go to a local gym and hire a personal trainer

or take a martial arts class if u have that kind of gym locally, i would suggest muy thai or jiu jitsu
