I didn't read the article so I didn't see the part about the kid. Yeah he shouldn't be doing that and they can definitely stop him there, but I don't think they can command him to stop wearing the bunny suit, lol.

Where does it say that you have the right to wear a bunny suit in the first amendment bro? Every right has it's limitations. Try to walk around ***** and see where it gets you.

1st amendment is basically the right to free speech and expression (among other things) so clothes are included in that. I know you understand the difference between wearing a costume and being ***** so I'm not going to try and explain the difference there.
