And so what if I am "poor". I support myself and pay my own bills and still have money left over to do almost anything I want to.

Because most of the people that just post "9-5" post from work...and are bored. That is the point. Most of the jobs away from computers, require physical labor, etc. probably only pay around $20/hr or less.

Gotcha. I work 3pm-12am 6 days out of the week. I enjoy working. I have access to a computer but dont have internet on it.

I will admit as well I am on here quiet a bit, but its when I am home from work at night until I go to bed. But during the day, I hunt, fish break stuff just to fix it and have something to do.

Reasonable judgment, but wrong.

I work 9-5 most days when Im not taking classes, and I always find myself surfin the intranetz and ca, but to me its just a big crazy waste of time to concoct absurd stories and post them online.

I can either:

A) Do my job

or

B) Do something better with my time

Either choice is good for me.

Right, but when I am not at work...I am rarely on the internet. Maybe 500 of my posts occurred outside my work time.

Its almost the other way around for me. Almost all of my posts have been during my free-time, the other 10% tops have been at work. Another 10% for when Im on campus too I guess.

Never lived in the city and prolly never will. I live in a town that has a population of 76 ppl tops! Pursuing my degree in criminal justice atm at the local vo tech college. Will be done with the police academy in may..so more powa to ya.

Thats the thing, a lot of the people on this site use it as a source of entertainment. A lot of others use it as a source of education.
