we know what causes aging and how all organs work on a mechanical level and what stops us from replacing them with biomachines

it would be a matter of energy generation and immune system mastery

pragmatically, given the progress of the last 100 years, you gotta figure we could get pretty far on that NOW if we really wanted to pour research into it

the problem is that everyone has to die

or the world will be very strange

 
I was talking to a co-worker about How the world has changed the past 100years...We both agreed that humans are close to peaking technology wise..I mean 100years ago there wasnt shit, but grass, people, the klan, and everything was in black and white
