They can still be pretty shady. Lots of loop wholes there.

I havent ever filed a claim with pp but from what I hear they always side with the buyer right or wrong .....usually in the wrong by most of what I've seen.

I understand your new, but understanding how paypal works is more important then just posting. We use PayPal here, but in the end they hold up to who ever can use the rules in their favor...they don't care much for facts.

here is an example for you..

You buy subs from this company.

They ship you a box of clay bricks of similar weight.

You get upset and file claim.

This is out side of ebay and they have a tracking number supporting they shipped out the items.

You lose.

by the sounds of the guy I messaged on ebay that had bought one it kicks *** comes with extra arrows strings and bows he said he really liked his and yea not a weapon, I love the way he say's he will break the law to get it into your country if it's prohibited.
