Sonicelectronix isn't playing about shipping my amplifier to me quickly. FedEx shows expected delivery by the end of the day Wed. Nice. When I had my 12's in my ZJ they hit very low but they also hit the high bass notes. My P3 10's are hitting low and loud but they are not hitting the high bass notes like my bigger 12's did. Now, I think I know why or I suspect why. In the Jeep I had my head unit directly into an Alpine MRV-F545 which I still have in the closet and an Alpine MRX-M100 all directly to their respective speakers. In my current setup it's HU - DSP - Amps - Speakers. In the DSP I have the subs crossed at 65hz. In REW the subs are about 12db above the midbass - mids and highs in a narrow band from 20hz to 65hz then they slope down @ 24db Link/Riley into the midbass. It sounds like I am turning off the sub-bass on the higher notes like a light switch when listening to bass music like Bass Boy or Quad Maximus. I really miss the upper bass I used to get. Please tell me it is the way I have them crossed over, gained and EQ'd as to why I hit a brick wall with the upper sub-bass. On a side note. As I slowly unleash the pair of P3's they are getting busy and seem to like being in that enclosure just fine.
