Been trying to get on at another computer place. I put in my application over the internet Sep. 1 and just now heard back from them. They want me to go take a typing test, which means the job is as good as mine //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I worked at a similar place for almost a year, I have went through the government security clearance already (at first job) so hopefully I won't have to do it again.

The hours are gonna ****, but Iam broke and need the money.

I get out of school a little before three, and I have to go in at 5 and work until 12:30, then wake up at 6:30 and go to school. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Oh well, ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Thanks, I should be alright working those hours tho, I can take a nap after school and then go to work well rested, and sit on my *** all night (which does not really qualify as work) and come home and go straight to bed

indeed i sleep in daytime it's sucks. I work 9pm-6am, then school, then sleep start over again. m-f. Weekend off ftw! I'm about go sleep now lmfao

Congrats and good luck with school and work. It's tough, but it DOES pay off in the long run, unless you're drowning yourself with 18 credits in college and working full time, but that's a different story... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Yeah, I went to school and worked a similar job last year, it was less hours, and I was completely stressed out with school and work.

I should be fine now, it seems the Junior year is much harder than the senior year. Iam a senior now, and the only class that was required was english 4, the rest are electives. I took art 3 times a day with the same teacher ( iam building him a computer for some extra cash and 3 guaranteed A's) and 2 home ec. classes, then I have a U.S. presidents class in which we just have to learn the presidents in order and a few facts about each one (Freshman class)

I only need 5 credits to gradumakate, so I will be gradumakating wit 2 extra credits.

Easy classes FTMFW!

It still might be hard, but this is what I got to do if I plan on having a chance of getting a 350Z after graduation.

I went and took the typing test today, the keyboard they have sux ***, but I still did pretty good, the goal was 6000 keystrokes an hour and I got 8134 keystrokes per hour. After that they gave me a hell of alot of forms and shit to fill out. So they said I should be hearing from them soon.

I still don't know what they pay, but I guarantee you it is more than I was getting paid flippin burgers and taking out trash at DQ. Someone said that they get paid like $10/hour plus incentives, but I am not sure if it will be that high or not.

Plus I learned that they might help pay for my education if Iam going to do something with computers, which I want to do. Iam wanting to become a computer technician, so I will go to a Vocational school or something and jump right into that.
