45 out of 62 is right at 75% i think something is wrong with my amp because when i change the gain, the output voltage stays the exact same...

so if you change the gain and change the volume it stays at 60v or so?

Most of the Pioneer HU's I've put on an oscope all clipped @ full volume, so I set the gains @ 61/62(highest unclipped volume)

thats not my problem though...its clipped to shit at only 45, and doesnt get down to what it needs to be till the volume is at 30-ish

and again, changing the gain doesnt do anything...

put all of your settings on flat, bass on 0.

May sound dumb but make sure your hold button (if you have one) isn't on, on your DMM else your voltage numbers won't change.

actually, none of the knobs work, bass boost, gain, nothing, i hooked the sub up to see if i couldhear a difference, it didnt do anything...

i dropped him a pm a few minutes ago, i took the amp out and looked at it, i couldnt see anything though, im going to hook it back up and see what happens.
