They didn't keep any off the 3 dates they gave me and not once was I emailed or called. The date this was suppose to be resolved was the 14th. I called on that dated and it was changed then changed again. And of coarse no help from fedex who said the box was fine. So I'm not sure if the gave him his claim...(I really hope they not that stupid). At the end of the day I'm still not sure what happened. I was told to file a claim with a ic3 which is Feds for mail fraud. I'm not harden by this just smarter. I still need my amp and at this point I might get the  new dd m3c that comes with a volt meter....I had to call on 4 of my lunches at work which is b.s....I missed out on a lot of good deals as well....</p></blockquote><p></p>
