Ok I have a rockford fosgate 250@2 and a 100@2 and both are broke doing the same thing. They keep blowing fuses when u hook em up. The boards look perfect and are in great shape and since they are out of warrenty and i dont want to spend a arm and leg sending them to rockford what could i do to fix em? What could it be a bad power supply? I have two other fosgate amps to fix em thats channels are fried a 55.2 and a 400@4. If someone would know how to fix em and give me a step by step help please let me know i dont think it could be too much work.

Unless you have a sound background in electronics, I'd advise to NOT go around ripping apart your amps (sometimes it may just be a bad circuit or something simple). BUT since you're asking, you can start with replacing the Caps, sometimes they fry or go bad...also check out this site, http://www.eatel.net/~amptech/elecdisc/caraudio.htm

also check to see if its carrying current and shit with a voltmeter. If you had a 'scope it'd be easier to pinpoint whats wrong. But they're pretty technical. Good Luck
