I'm just getting at the fact that i'm glad you learned a lesson(unfortunately the hard way) and now you understand that you turn up the gain(matched with head  unit signal) up and leave the bass boost off. I don't beleive it matters if the sub was a refurb or brand new, he blew his last sub with the same set up as well. Bass Boost FTW</p></blockquote><p></p>
