i have an extra tweet, what do i do with it?

so i have a mazda 6 2006 with bose. i installed a polk component so when i used the polk tweet i hooked up the whole crossover to the stock harness but the stock bose tweet still plays i guess its wired with another harness. should i just cut the tweet off and electric tape it off? or just use it as a second tweet? would it drain power or be less effective with it being on with the polk? so i have a polk mid and polk tweet and the stock bose tweet playing.

it'll create nasty waves with your current tweet so get rid of it.

I'd just disconnect it and tape the wires off like you said
