do this here's a good prank take a pcv tube a clear small one put in it where the pump is ontop of the toilet hide the tube somewhere point it towards them if they were there that way so when they flush the toilet that water will shoot all out of that tube into them nasty hahaha.

So ummm have you tried talking to them ?

Maybe let them know that its vary disrespectful and not considered sanitary in the US. Also include the fat that you respect their time and space in the bathroom and for them to respect yours. I'd be willing to bet it will work better then any of the other suguestions... it may be a bit grown up for this board but its probably the quickest route to a solution.
