I gotta raise today

Yesterday my supervisor came up to me and told me I was getting my review tomorrow, which meant today. Well, about 15 mins of talk time and went from 13.5 to 15 hr. I started at 12/hr and have been there for about 9 months. I'd say 3 bucks more/hr in less than a yr I'm doin pretty dam good.
