I make about 3-5k a month buying shit on craigslist and just re-selling it right away for more money. And I pull apps for refinancing which is commission only but it's good money. I don't have any type of set schedules and the "work" is cake.

Holy crap, i never thought about craigslist for jobs. Thanks silvercookie-woofer-parts-man. I'm going to search through there now, i'm open to all sorts of job.. I would LOVE something where i can get paid to be lazy, but at the same time i also enjoy hard labor for a growing business.
