Lawl, reminds me of when I used to work at the golf course by my house. I used to be able to golf for free and bring any amount of people with me. Well me and four of my buddies are out golfing, and I used to mess around on the carts all the time.
Well, I would always attempt 360's going down a hill and locking up the rear brake.
Two of my buddies are at the last hole putting on the green, and Im tearin *** over to the next one.
Were coming down about the biggest hill on the course, I lock up the brake whip it sideways, then spin the wheel the opposite way to bring the front end around. Were at like 270 degrees, on our way around and moving very fast.
I kinda forgot about this wet spot at the bottom. A swamp had soaked all the ground and the piping for the spinkler system was sticking above ground. The area was marked off, but I had forgotten and came over the top of the hill attempting this 360.
Anyways, were at about 270 degrees through this spin, going faster than the cart is capable of going with its own power, and bam. We hit these pipes that are hanging out.
The **** cart gets airborn, on its side, and comes back down to the ground hitting the corner of the roof first. Im driving, and have two friends in the cart with me.
The **** thing bounces all over hell and gone, shears the **** roof right off, and tears my buddy who was sitting on that sides shoulder and arm up really really bad.
Pretty much peeled off his skin, it looked bad. I wasnt really messed up, but I wake up after being knocked out, laying on top of my buddies, and I just look up to see the Oil Light on the dash of the cart illuminated.
I climb out of the wreckage, get my buddies up, check them out, and we flip the cart back over. My friends on the other hole said it sounded like a car accident. We ended up just taking the roof, and holding it above the cart, with a hand on each side, just holding onto the oh shit handles. And I drove the bastard right into the cart storage building and left.
No one every said a word, and the following week I come into work and see a brand new golf cart roof chillen in the building.
****, that was an essay....and Im still bored as **** at work.
