i would not bridge the amp with this arrangement.
i would run each driver separately and use the crossovers that came with the respective drivers. it will be plenty loud since he is used to deck power.
you will likely need to adjust level of the tweeters relative to the woofers since the system isn't matched. that level adjustment is important to have and use.
what the pioneer component crossovers likely do is match tweeter level to woofer level through a resistor network (pad). the MEM tweeters do not likely have a pad.
also, it is common for tweeters to have different impedance which means you cannot share crossovers since passive crossovers are impedance dependent.
