OK well I plan i putting a 3 way set up in my truck and i can't decide which midbass to use I have both the AA carbon fiber mid and a set of Mach 5 MLI-65
For midrange i am putting a 4" TangBand in the dash with a Seas 25 something or other tweeter in the A pillar. Here is the Tangband woofer i have http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=264-828
Now from what i understand
The AA 6.5 POLY and Mach 5 MLI-65 are billed as High output, High Excursion, Low Distortion, Extended Frequency Response MidWoofers(Midrange/Midbass) drivers. Seems they both will play down to the lower midbass range (60Hz)and up to treble range.
I have very limited experience with the AA as i did have them in my previous car but they weren't XO over that low. I also have not played with the Mach 5's yet at all.
one point for the AA is that it will match the look of the Tangband
as you can see here
here's a pic of the Mach 5 for reference
Please give me your opinions
