So, as such, my question as originally stated still stands. Delete any usage of the word "verbal" and replace them with "typewritten." After the clarification was made would it have made it worth responding to?

As for the people from the "ish is getting old fast" thread I haven't reviewed it thoroughly enough to know if those bannings were warranted and I do not care enough to bother now.

So - all in all I have to agree with tapout that there is more than a small degree of impropriety here.

And this type of stuff is due, in no small part, why I have no interest in being part of the moderation team.

I do not wish to potentially succumb to the "power" and become a hypocrite after someone like cot absolutely works my last nerve and I throw down a banning simply because they pissed me off. I've complained about it too much in the past to risk exacting that same type of revenge on someone myself.
