Hey its a job... gotta get by somehow... but I do not miss 7.50/hr. Been there done that. Just be the best McD's employee possible. Their turnaround on employees is generally 3 months so if you plan on working longer than that, be the best and try to move up in rank.

I've been unemployed for over a year, just trying to get on my feet. There is no jobs here, but this one opened up because kids went back to school.

Hey man, there are TONS of big name companies that LOOK for Mcd's being in your resume. It shows the ability to handle stress, money, food, customer service... Every company in the world could use a valued Mcdonalds employee.
