A good pharmacist or pharmacy tech that's familiar with that dr's signature would probably notice it (fyi, we love catching fake scripts, we call the dr and tell them PLUS we have a patient that's actually a narcotic officer so we tell him as well)On the topic of pills...anyone with knowledge of prescriptions fill me in...
Lets say you were to swipe a doctors pad for prescriptions and fill it out yourself.
You take it to the pharmacy..will the pharmacy need health insurance info or other info to fill this? Is there anything else aside from the prescription that they need to look at to verify it is legit?
I got a perscription for some just recently when my toe was smashed a couple weeks ago. They're weak as hell, don't do much for me.If I take enough I'll go to sleep, about it.
So I got rid of 6 for a special little orange pill that beats the fawk out of vicodin. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif So far I haven't needed it tho.
Built up a tolerance maybe?Vicodin is cr@p, took it for two years straight.Weak and worthless, but the doctors are too scared to give out many perscriptions for the far more effective oxycodone.
I've got kinda a funny story along those lines for you, my mom is an RN and worked at a small family doctor's office. There was this assistant in there who was about 24 or so(and hot) and she had a snow boarding accident and was all banged up and asked the doc to give her a prescription for vicodin. Come to find out over the period of a couple of months she used the perscription to get over 2,200 pills:wow: . Needless to say she got canned.A good pharmacist or pharmacy tech that's familiar with that dr's signature would probably notice it (fyi, we love catching fake scripts, we call the dr and tell them PLUS we have a patient that's actually a narcotic officer so we tell him as well)
The Dr. will probably fire you as a patient, depending on your area you'll probably get a fine (max punishment) I don't think we've sent anyone to jail (it's considered more "annoying" to cops/narcotic officers than harmful imo).
You won't need any ins info to get it filled, if you have insurance it's cheaper but if you're filling these fake rx's regularly (i.e. before they're due) they WILL catch it and either not allow you to fill there anymore or tear up the script and report you......Once again please do not fake rx's/abuse pills/ it's wrong and only creates problems for everyone else.....
Built up a tolerance maybe?
