[QUOTE="kickflip01, post: 5236781, member: 589652"] Hi, I have 2 15" kicker l7's each with a zx1000 amp in a '96 tahoe. when higher bass notes hit one of the amps turns off for a few seconds, i tested the voltage and it drops below 10v when it shuts off. I always have the engine tuned on when I have it turned up. I will eventually have a second batt and a HO alt. My question is if I buy a yellowtop for the back will that make a noticable diference on the voltage drop, and can I run 2ga to the second battery then 0 gauge on everything after the second battery?
