HU with Touchscreen Compatibility

Does anyone know of any headunit, or CD, DVD, MP3 players that have the touchscreen compatibility?

I know of the Kenwood and pioneer ones with the built in touchscreen displays, but I see all these places selling the TouchScreens by themselves and im trying to figure out what the hell you'd hook it up to other than a computer you somehow work into your car?

there are many dvd screen models that are touch screen, but for just cd, Clarion has one coming out...the 945 is the model I believe.

Ya I want a dvd player that I can hook up to one of these touchscreens I see around. If you know which ones are compatible? Keep in mind im not looking for one that is all integrated with the monitor and dvd player together.
