Message: <blockquote data-quote="gijoe" data-source="post: 3535693" data-attributes="member: 574042"><p>Haha Megalo i agree, why would any company make a hu that clips before max volume is reached?  The only think that I could think of is they have to sell to a broad market.  If you aren't using an amp, you may not be happy with how loud the hu goes if max volume is set for no clipping.  I guess the general public doesn't care about clipping and they want the hu to play loud even if its distorted.  Anyway, I see your point of view and I hope you find something that suits your needs.  Have you looked at any higher end stuff like Denon?</p></blockquote><p></p>
