HU stays on

i installed an old pioneer deh-p6500 in my car last night and it worked fine except when i took the key out of the ignition it stayed on. i soldered the blue wire to the ign. wire if the helps any. can anyone tell me what i did wrong? here's a pic of the harness if it helps any.
