I'd suggest grabbing a DMM (digital multi-meter or a VOM volt-ohm meter) and measure resistance of the tip of the RCA cables to make sure it's low.how do you know you're getting power to the amp? does it light up? is the amp turning on once you turn on your HU?how do you know there's no signal coming off the RCAs? do you have speakers correctly connected or a meter measuring AC voltage?</blockquote>
