So I have 2x 6.5 and 2x 6x9 powered by the HU and 2 xfl 12's powered by a aq2200.
I have tuned the subs and speakers by ear for volume at 37 out of 50.
I am running into issues where some tracks played over bluetooth, USB and aux that when at 37 they become distorted in the speakers but the subs aren't clipping. I have also moved the same files (320 bit rate) to another USB drive and it doesn't happen or not in the same parts of the track... Its not always the entire song wither it usually starts halfway through. Is it the volume of the tracks are higher so the HU is outputting more then other tracks? the track itself clipping? Some examples...
World Wide Choppers -- Tech9ne, Yealwolf etc etc...
Alive -- Krewella
Sunlight -- Modestep
Throw it up -- Yelawolf
I have also set HPF on the fronts and rear to 110Hz to try and clean it up... It helped a little but the more I play around with different tracks and methods of playing them I don't know if its really helping.
