how to use winISD?

just downloaded the sucker today, put in all my details for my sub-box,

sub, power, etc, not sure if i have it correctly for the SPL number is way off.

curious about correctly inputting things, how to fully understand the program..

purpose of signal generator as well?

or if ya can refer me to someone knowledgeable.
